1. Early Cancellations (60 Days or More Before Course Start): Cancellations made within 14 days of booking or 60 days or more prior to the course start date, which ever is longer are eligible for a full refund.

We recommend early notification to secure the best outcome.

2. Mid-Range Cancellations (59 to 30 Days Before Course Start): Cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.

Force Majeure: In the event that the course is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, extreme weather, travel restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, or other acts of force majeure—we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the course or offer an alternative arrangement.

However, no promises or guarantees can be made regarding rescheduling, deferrals, or alternative options.
